Fundraising

‘Friends of Lisburne’ is a charitable trust set up by teachers and support staff at school to help raise funds to improve and provide new resources and extracurricular activities for the children attending Lisburne. The trust also provides funds to help improve the school building by enhancing playgrounds and providing specialist equipment for the ever changing needs of our pupils.

The organisation meets regularly to plan fundraising events and best decide how to spend monies already raised.  We have an annual School fair run by the trust which is open to the public and past pupils.

The fund raising committee is open to all parents and carers. We are always looking for fresh new ideas and welcome new members to our charity. Please contact school if you would like to either share ideas, start your own campaign to fund raise or become part of our fundraising team.

We also raise money for outside charities including Children in Need, Breast Cancer Awareness and Save The Children and each year our school council helps choose which charities we will support.
