Learning Organisers

A Learning Organiser is a go-to document for a topic/unit of work in each key stage. They have been adapted so that every child has the access to the full National Curriculum. Each one identifies the key information that children need to have learned by the end of a topic. It also acts as a tool to support children in retaining and retrieving knowledge for life-long learning.

We have developed our own Learning Organisers at Lisburne to support the delivery of the curriculum. Each organiser identifies knowledge that we want the children to learn by the end of the topic.

Key vocabulary, links to therapy and Forest School and useful apps and websites are also included. These are for PSHE, Science, Topic (Art, DT & Humanities) and Computing.

We have split them into Pre KS1, KS1 and lower KS2.
